1970 Dodge Challenger T/A V8
Description
This 1970 Dodge Challenger T/A is one of approximately 2,400 examples produced to homologate the Challenger for competition in the SCCA’s Trans-Am series.
The 340ci Six Pack V8 is equipped with three two-barrel carburetors and was rebuilt in 1986 with a replacement camshaft.
The oil was changed in the fall of 2022.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a three-speed automatic transmission and a 3.91:1 Sure Grip rear axle.
A shift kit have been installed.
The car is finished in Dark Burnt Orange Metallic over Burnt Orange vinyl and is powered by a 340ci Six Pack V8 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip rear end.
The car was repainted in Dark Burnt Orange circa 1986 and features a matte-black fiberglass hood, side stripes, and graphics.
Additional features include front and rear spoilers, hood pins, dual side-exit exhaust outlets, and painted racing mirrors.
