1969 Shelby Mustang GT350 Convertible V8

The car is finished in Black Jade over black vinyl upholstery, and power comes from a 351ci Windsor V8 paired with an FMX three-speed automatic transmission and a 3.25:1 Traction-Lok differential.

The 351ci Windsor V8 is topped with a replacement four-barrel carburetor and features a ram-air intake assembly and Cobra-branded finned aluminum valve covers.

A rebuilt factory four-barrel carburetor is included in the sale.

Power is sent to the rear wheels via an FMX three-speed automatic transmission and a 3.25:1 Traction-Lok differential that was installed during the refurbishment.

The car is finished in Black Jade (C) and is one of 47 Shelby convertibles produced for the model year in that color according to the Deluxe Marti report.

Have been repainted by Michael’s Auto Body of Winter Haven, Florida, in the 2000s.

Features include NACA-style hood inlets, Lucas fog lights with lens covers, color-matched mirror caps, white side stripes, a padded roll bar, sequential tail lights, and a rear spoiler.

The 15″ Shelby wheels wear Cobra-logo center caps and are mounted with 245/60 Cooper Cobra Radial G/T tires.

Power-assisted steering and front disc brakes were optioned from the factory.

The interior features high-back front seats upholstered in black Corinthian vinyl with Clarion Knit inserts as well as matching treatments for the rear bench and door panels.

A replacement AM/FM radio, speaker, a door panel, and black carpets were fitted during the 2000s refurbishment.

Additional features include a SelectAire air-conditioning system, a clock, and woodgrain accents on the dash, doors, and center console.

The woodgrain steering wheel fronts a 140-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature.

The five-digit odometer shows over 38k miles, total mileage is unknown.
