The Volkswagen flat-four have been rebuilt to displace 1,835cc by A&D Buggies.
Features include a dual-port intake manifold, a progressive carburetor, aluminum valve covers, and a polished exhaust system.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a rebuilt four-speed manual transaxle.
The top side of the fiberglass body have been resprayed in two-stage red paint with subtle red metal flake in the paint.
The car also features black lower body sections, an exposed rear engine and exhaust, a black-painted front bumper and roll bar, a polished fuel-filler door, an antenna, Autopal headlamps, and Volkswagen taillights.
American Racing 15″ wheels are wrapped in 205/60 Michelin front tires, while 275/60 Hankook Kinergy ST tires are mounted at the rear.
Black vinyl bucket seats feature red stitching and a diamond pattern on their backs, and there is a matching rear bench.
The ABS plastic dashboard was refurbished by the seller.
A restored two-spoke Volkswagen steering wheel fronts a center-mounted 90-mph speedometer.
The five-digit odometer shows two miles, as the speedometer was restored and the odometer set to zero miles.
